High-energy sculpt and flow-based classes designed to complement your strength training. Expect smart sequencing, great music, and a feel-good burn that leaves you strong, grounded, and energized. These classes blend strength, control, and intentional movement—so you can build heat, improve mobility, and reset your nervous system without slowing things down.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

Classes: Pre + Postnatal Strength, Total-Body Strength, Body After Baby Series

Safe, effective strength classes designed for your changing body. We focus on breath, stability, core connection, and smart movement so you can feel strong throughout pregnancy and return postpartum with confidence.

Body After Baby Series

Our signature postpartum rebuild program. A small-group, 4-week series designed to reconnect your core, restore alignment, and progressively rebuild full-body strength after having a baby.

Consultations

A deep dive into breath mechanics, pressure management, and core engagement. Our consultations teach the foundational tools we use in the studio—helping you understand how to lift, breathe, brace, and move in a way that supports your body. Ideal for new clients, postpartum returners, or anyone wanting more education before jumping into classes.

Group Class FAQs

  • TFB Studio is for women in every stage—new to lifting, building strength in their 30s and 40s, navigating peri/menopause, training through pregnancy, or returning postpartum. While we’re experts in prenatal and postpartum fitness, our classes are designed for all women who want smart programming and supportive coaching.

  • No experience needed. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our coaches offer progressions and modifications so you can move safely and build strength at your own pace.

  • Total-Body Strength and Strength x Conditioning are great foundations.


    If you prefer music-driven movement, try Strength x Sculpt or Yoga + Pilates Sculpt.


    If you’re pregnant or newly postpartum, begin with Pre + Postnatal Strength or explore our Body After Baby series.

  • Visit the Schedule page and reserve your spot through Arketa. We recommend booking in advance—classes fill quickly.

  • Choose from 4x/month, 8x/month, or Unlimited. Your class credits reset every 30 days, and members receive priority booking and discounted add-on classes. You can manage or modify your membership directly through Arketa.

    Monthly recurring memberships are billed on a monthly basis and have a 3-month minimum commitment.

  • Class packs expire 180 days from purchase unless otherwise noted.

  • Late cancellation (within the 12 hour window) will result in a $10 fee. No-shows result in a $15 or 20 fee, depending on membership/package. This is all to create accountability and fairness to all members.

  • Most of our classes can be modified for pregnancy. Total-Body Strength, Pre + Postnatal Strength, and Pre + Postnatal Yoga formats are especially supportive. Always let your coach know you’re expecting so we can guide your movement and modifications.

    Classes not suitable are: Power Flow, Strength x Sculpt, Pilates Sculpt, and Strength x Conditioning.

  • Once you’re cleared by your provider, yes. Many women ease in with Pre + Postnatal Strength or our Body After Baby series before transitioning into our other classes.
