Body After Baby Series

Our signature postpartum rebuild program. A small-group, 4-week series designed to reconnect your core, restore alignment, and progressively rebuild full-body strength after having a baby.

A deep dive into breath mechanics, pressure management, and core engagement. Our consultations teach the foundational tools we use in the studio—helping you understand how to lift, breathe, brace, and move in a way that supports your body.
