BodyAFTER BABY
A smart, structured 4-week postpartum program—designed to help you reconnect with your core, rebuild strength with intention, and restore your foundation.
Why this series matters
Returning to exercise postpartum shouldn’t feel confusing or overwhelming. This series bridges the gap between rehab and heavier training—giving you the guidance, education, and support your body needs in early postpartum recovery.
Designed by Nike Global Trainer, and women’s-health expert Meghan Rosenfeld, this program teaches you how to reconnect with your core, manage pressure, rebuild strength, and return to movement with intention.
In eight sessions, you’ll:
Reconnect with your pelvic floor
Restore deep core activation
Improve posture and alignment
Build total-body strength
Learn movement strategies that support daily motherhood
Feel ready to return to more structured training
This is postpartum fitness done right—with expert-level coaching, thoughtful progressions, and a community of other new moms on the same journey.
How the Series Works
This is a closed-group program that meets twice weekly for four weeks. It’s ideal for women 6-weeks postpartum up to 1-year (vaginal or C-section), and the environment is baby-friendly if you need to bring your little one with you.
We start with bodyweight, breathwork, and banded movements and progressively layer in strength training to support your recovery. Each session builds on the last, focusing on:
Breathing mechanics
Pressure management (key for diastasis recti + pelvic floor health)
Core + glute engagement
Mobility + alignment
Foundational lifting patterns
You’ll learn movement patterns that last well beyond the series and will support you through motherhood and whatever fitness goals come next.
Enrollment is now open for our next series.
