Private & Semi-Private Training

Private Training (1:1 Coaching)

Personalized programming tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your season of life.

  • Workouts designed specifically for your current needs and long-term goals

  • Ideal for building strength, improving movement patterns, and learning proper form with focused feedback

  • A great fit for women wanting individualized coaching at any phase—from beginners to seasoned lifters

  • 60-minute sessions available in-studio or virtual

Rates:

  • 6-pack: $510

  • 8-pack: $640

  • 10-pack: $750

Semi-Private Training (2-4 women)

Small-group sessions with personalized coaching and a supportive, shared training experience.

  • Train in a small group with individualized coaching and progressive programming

  • Perfect if you want focused instruction plus the motivation and energy of lifting alongside other women

  • Designed for women at any phase—from returning to fitness to advancing strength goals

  • 60-minute in-studio sessions built for consistency, connection, and results

Rates:

  • 2 women: $480/pp

  • 3 women: $440/pp

  • 4 women: $400/pp

Private & Semi-Private Training FAQs

  • Reach out through our inquiry form so we can learn about your goals and availability. We’ll then confirm coach availability and schedule a consultation. You can train with Meghan or one of our TFB coaches depending on your goals and timing.

  • Yes. Every new client begins with a consultation so we can assess movement, discuss goals, review any injuries or postpartum considerations, and build the right plan for you. This ensures your program is customized from day one.

  • Most clients pay via Venmo or Zelle. If you prefer to pay by card, we can add your pack to Arketa - a small processing fee applies.

  • After your consultation and purchase of a session pack, we’ll confirm a recurring weekly time for your private sessions.

    Semi-private training requires a committed group and a dedicated weekly day and time. Your group trains together consistently to support progress, accountability, and coaching continuity.

  • Private training packs are valid for 3 months.
    Semi-private training runs in 8-week cycles.

  • All private and semi-private sessions are 60 minutes.

  • We can match you with an existing group based on your goals, availability, and training level — or you can form your own pod of 2–4 women.

  • We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes so we can offer the spot to another client.

  • Absolutely. All coaching is adapted to your body and stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Your consultation ensures we understand your history, symptoms, and goals before starting.
